Refunds and Returns

Cancellations

If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order you will be eligable for a full refund (except for buy in items) Once this 24 hours has passed you will only receive a store credit to use within 60 days. If your order has already begun production you will be unable to cancel it or receive a store credit.

Returns

As our items are personalised and made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund your order must be either

• arrive damaged or broken OR
• have incorrect spelling

Damaged or Broken

In the event the item is damaged or broken in transit please unform us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all packaging and items. We will follow this up immediately with our shipping companies
